Week One of Shui School is the foundation — the episode that gives you the two maps you will carry through all nine weeks of this practice. The map of your home through the feng shui Bagua and the map of your specific Human Design. This week we cover what feng shui actually is, the nine zones of the Bagua and the life areas they govern, the five elements and their spatial prescriptions, the five Human Design types and their specific home needs, the six authorities and what they mean for spatial decisions, the twelve profiles and their archetypal spatial requirements, and the nine centers — defined and undefined — and what each one means for the rooms you inhabit.
By the end of this episode you will understand why these two systems belong together in a way that neither produces alone. And you will have two assignments — pull your chart, map your home — that make every episode that follows completely specific to your design.
